Summary

Funding for the treatment and restoration of abandoned mine drainage, abatement, and treatment in Pennsylvania. Uses include projects which involve the reclamation of abandoned mine wells, construction of new and repair of existing project sites, operation and maintenance maintaining current remediation sites, establishment of trust fund to ensure ongoing maintenance is achieved, and monitoring of water quality to track or continue to trace non-point source load reductions resulting from remediation projects.
