Annual grants for community-based development initiatives that encompass health, education, and the overall quality of life in Michigan that aim to empower communities to drive positive change, improve access to essential services, and enhance the well-being of residents across the state. These grants are paid to registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations, including churches, or to tax-exempt public entities, such as municipalities, public schools, or state agencies. All others will need to partner with a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to act as their fiscal agent before applying for a grant.
