Summary

A regional grant opportunity is available for nonprofit organizations, Tribal entities, and certain community-focused agencies serving parts of Oregon and Washington. Funding generally supports projects that strengthen local communities through education, arts, cultural preservation, environmental programs, public health, safety initiatives, and community development efforts. Standard grants may provide awards of up to $30,000, while smaller rapid-response funding opportunities may offer up to $1,500 for urgent or immediate needs. The program is designed to encourage long-term community impact, promote cultural and environmental stewardship, and improve quality of life across eligible service areas. Individuals and for-profit small businesses are generally not the primary focus for eligibility.
