The provider seeks applications for the funding of coastal development programs that allows to implement and execute policies, develop programs and activities that will enhance coastal and environment sustainability.


The New Jersey CMP addresses coastal issues such as planning for resilient coastal communities, wetlands, public access, and ocean planning. The CMP is comprised of multiple offices in DEP that share ideas to create comprehensive plans to combat these coastal issues. The Bureau of Climate Resilience Planning (BCRP), under the direction of the NJ Chief Climate Resilience Officer, manages the CMP.
