Funding up to $25,000 for projects addressing broad unmet community needs with a focus on supporting collaborative efforts and projects that leverage other funding to improving the quality of life for aging adults and improve services for young children (birth to preschool) with a focus on early learning centers and caregiving.




Description


Program Support Grants

These grants are available to assist with improving and sustaining quality services in Northeast Florida. Priority is given to programs serving vulnerable populations and addressing unmet community needs.

Program Support Grants may be requested up to $25,000 (either a one or two-year grant). The total for a two-year request cannot exceed $25,000. Note: due to limited funds, only a select number of organizations will receive the maximum grant award.
