The North Carolina Division of Air Quality (NCDAQ) in the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) is soliciting proposals for participation in Phase 2 of the NC Volkswagen Settlement Mitigation Program. NCDEQ is allocating the full 15% ($10,198,826) allowed in the VW State Trust Agreement for light-duty zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure projects outlined in the NC Mitigation Plan.
