Summary

This grant opportunity provides funding to support community programs and charitable initiatives that improve quality of life in parts of northeastern Wisconsin. Grants are generally available to nonprofit organizations and community groups working to serve residents in local counties and surrounding communities. Funding may be used for projects related to education, youth development, arts and culture, environmental efforts, community improvement, and health or human services programs.

The program aims to strengthen communities by supporting projects that address local needs, expand services, and create meaningful opportunities for residents. Priority is often given to initiatives that demonstrate community benefit, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Eligible applicants typically include nonprofit organizations with charitable status or groups working under a fiscal sponsor. Individuals and for-profit businesses are generally not the primary applicants. Funded projects must serve communities within the foundation’s regional service area, particularly in areas such as Winnebago County and nearby communities in Wisconsin.
