This grant opportunity is structured around supporting established nonprofit organizations that work to strengthen community services, education, the arts, and occasional special projects.

These grants are designed as general operating support, program support, or discretionary contributions that enable nonprofit leaders to continue and expand impactful services rather than funding infrastructure campaigns or events with limited community impact.


Eligibility is limited to registered 501(c)(3) public charities that have a history of achievement and stable management. Organizations must have previously received funding from this foundation to apply again, and those with very small asset bases, those seeking long-term multi‑year commitments, or those raising funds through activities like direct mail campaigns are not considered. 


Individuals, small for‑profit businesses, private non‑operating entities, and religious or capital campaign efforts are not eligible for funding. The intent of the program is to back groups with sustainable programs that can show measurable community benefit and reduce dependence on future foundation support once funded.


Applications are accepted on a rolling basis via an initial letter of inquiry, with no firm deadlines, and grantees may only reapply after a set period following receipt of funding. The guiding focus is on strengthening nonprofit capacity and community outcomes in service areas where the organization operates, helping to foster lasting improvements in social services, educational opportunities, and cultural enrichment throughout the targeted region.
