Grant to support initiatives aimed at improving the ability of all individuals and families, including those ineligible for public benefits, to navigate and utilize essential resources that promote overall health and well-being. This initiative provides resources to enhance outreach, access, and service delivery.  Supports organizations providing access to healthcare, basic needs, healthcare workforce training, mental and behavioral health programs, and general well-being.
