I am a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director with over two decades of leadership experience spanning workforce development, grant acquisition, program management, and organizational strategy. He currently leads his own LLC, where he spearheads multi-disciplinary initiatives, directs federal and local grant proposals, and drives innovative training programs designed to uplift underserved communities through digital literacy and career readiness.
A proven architect of workforce solutions, I have successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, supervised cross-functional teams exceeding 20 personnel, and maintained high performance in government-funded programs. My strategic acumen is underpinned by formal training in executive leadership, quality assurance, and certified workforce development practices.
Throughout his career, I have championed educational access, job placement, and data-driven operational improvements while fostering lasting partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and public sector stakeholders. I possess extensive expertise in financial oversight, performance metrics, program compliance, and staff development—consistently aligning mission-focused outcomes with scalable growth.
I hold a Master of Leadership Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elizabeth City State University. I am also a Certified Workforce Development Professional and CASAS Administrator and Certified Grant Management/Writer.

My Successes
I am the Executive Director of my LLC, also an accomplished grant writer and funding strategist with a proven record of success across federal, state, and local funding agencies. Over the course of my career, I have submitted more than 200 grant proposals, achieving an exceptional award rate of approximately 85%, with 170 grants awarded and over $20.5 million in funding secured for workforce development, education, technology, community development, and economic empowerment initiatives.
My portfolio includes competitive awards from major agencies and programs such as OSSE, DOES, DC Water, SNAP E&T, and numerous federal and local government funding sources. My strategic approach integrates compliance, data analysis, program design, and financial modeling—consistently producing fundable, high-scoring proposals that drive sustainable organizational growth.
