About Me
With three decades of dedicated experience in Houston's nonprofit landscape, Elischa has a rich history that reflects her commitment to community service. Her journey began in the early 1980s as an Executive Assistant, where she played a vital role in initiatives aimed at revitalizing downtown areas. In 1994, she took a significant step forward by co-founding a transitional housing program specifically designed to support battered women and their children under the age of 10, which she successfully managed for 13 years. This hands-on experience equipped her with valuable insights, leading her to provide consulting and grant writing services to various nonprofits seeking assistance. In 2017, she established a nonprofit that leverages technology to educate and empower emerging organizations through engaging webinars.
