Gwendolyn is a Grants Management Consultant. A United States Army Veteran with a professional combined background in Grant Writing, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxes, Human Resources, and Administrative Services with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. She comes with 15 years of experience working with government contractors, small businesses, and non-profit organizations.
